Please review the following important information before booking: MANDATORY APPLICATION PROCESS: The building's management requires a background check for every guest over 18 years of age. This is a strict requirement from the condominium association. - Approval Timeline: Please allow up to 2 WEEKS for the application to be approved by the association. Plan your booking accordingly. - Submission Deadline: The application must be submitted within 2 days of confirming your booking to avoid delays. - Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $100 per adult (or $100 per married couple) must be paid directly on the 'Tenant Evaluation' website during the application process. The condo was just as advertised. The views from the balcony were awesome. The staff at the pool and beach area were very attentive. The exercise area was awesome as well. We had no problems at all with the condo. Happy was very responsive to our questions whenever we reached out.

Amazing apartment! Couldn’t have asked for better. Perfectly described on Airbnb, we had a great time and the apartment was amazingly located: right on the beach and near shops, restaurants, etc. We go to Miami and every year, and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Thanks Happy!

An AMAZING spot!! The balcony is incredible day and night. You get to see the beach front and the coastline. We’re right on the water so we just walk downstairs and there’s the beach. You can request umbrellas and it comes with chairs and towels, all included! Pool and hot tub downstairs have cabanas which is such a cute touch. The gym is awesome if you like to workout on vacation and it overlooks the beach!! You can walk to so many different shops and delicious restaurants nearby. (I highly recommended Oasis). There is a full kitchen for those who like to cook, with appliances, pots, pans, the works. Fishing Pier across and the Hotel next door offers 25% discount to guests and the restaurant there is pretty good. It is so nice to walk on the pier at night as well. 10/10 I will be coming back because the owners are so sweet to repeat customers.

I had great time, the apartment building was beautiful right on the beach, has good size swimming pool, jacuzzi, good security and valet parking. The apartment was spacious, neat, and clean, with good size kitchen, and great balcony , the bedrooms were comfortable The furniture was good, includes good size sofa bed. The master bedroom has a good size full bathroom, jacuzzi. I enjoyed my stay, definitely I will be back, and let my friends know a bout your place. Thanks.

This was a memorable vacation. So close to Miami yet we were far from the hustle of South Beach. The condo is right on the beach as well as a large swimming pool. At the beach we were greeted with an umbrella and long chairs as well as beach towels. The condo was very spacious with a large master bedroom with a king size bed and own bathroom with jacuzzi. The other bedroom was large as well with its own bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped and open to a large living room that opened up to a wraparound veranda with a spectacular view. A definite come back to vacation!
